The Journal of Ophthalmic Prosthetics provides a forum for the publication of original articles containing clinical and research information for professionals who serve patients that have suffered eye loss. The primary emphasis is on ocularistry—the science, art, and craft of making artificial eyes. Additional areas of interest include articles from related professions involved in the goal of rehabilitating the anophthalmic patient, including ophthalmic plastic surgery, patient counseling, anaplastology, and optics. Articles may relate to either current or historical information concerning techniques, materials, and procedures that have a clinical application. The Journal of Ophthalmic Prosthetics is published in conjunction with the American Society of Ocularists.

Please refer to the Index Link for a full listing of articles thru 2008 in the Journal of Ophthalmic Prosthetics, the Journal of the American Society of Ocularists, and Today’s Ocularist
